Course Agreement: Understanding How YOUR BODY Moves Method

1. Overview

By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms. This agreement is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and aligned expectations for both you and the course provider, Taro Iwamoto.

What You Receive

  • Lifetime access to the Understanding How YOUR BODY Moves Method online course

  • Access to a private community for support and discussion

  • Access to regular group coaching / mentoring Zoom calls

Your Commitment

  • Meaningful results require consistent practice, engagement, and a willingness to stay present with your own learning process, even when change unfolds gradually.

  • You are responsible for your own participation, progress, and application of the material

  • This course is educational in nature and is not a substitute for medical treatment, physical therapy, or mental health care

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Course Fee

The course fee is $2,200 USD, payable in full at the time of enrollment.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

For eligible students, third‑party financing options (such as Affirm or Klarna) may be available at checkout. These options are provided, approved, and managed entirely by the third‑party provider. The course provider does not manage, collect, or enforce installment payments under BNPL agreements.

Enrollment & Access

Access to the course is granted only after payment has been successfully processed or BNPL financing has been approved.

Failed or Incomplete Payments

If payment is not completed, is declined, or is later reversed, course access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be granted for any reason.

3. Course Access & Participation

  • Course access is non‑transferable and for individual use only

  • Sharing course materials, recordings, or login credentials is strictly prohibited

  • The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation, without refund, if course guidelines are violated or if conduct is disruptive to the community

4. Liability & Results

  • This course provides a framework for movement education and nervous system retraining

  • Individual results vary and depend on personal participation, consistency, and context

  • The course provider is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or mental health outcomes

5. Agreement & Legal Terms

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through good‑faith communication and, if necessary, binding arbitration

  • Updates to this agreement apply to future enrollments and do not retroactively alter agreed‑upon payment terms for existing students

Refund & Return Policy (Summary)

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of this course and immediate access to materials, no refunds or returns are offered once enrollment is complete. This applies to one-time payments and any third-party financing options.
