Rediscover the Joy of Movement & Reclaim a Pain-Free Life
You Used to Be Active
As an active person who used to be in tune with your body and loved moving, it’s very challenging for you to be in pain, to feel “out of balance”, to lose connection with your body and not be able to move your body comfortably and freely.
Your back pain keeps you from walking more than 15 minutes
Your neck pain/tension is making it harder for you to focus on your job
Fear of hurting your body stops you from exercising
You’re no longer practicing or teaching yoga or pilates or martial arts.
You Don’t Like the Solutions You Are Being Offered
You’ve tried everything -- massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture-- but nothing has addressed the root of your issues and helped you to a point where you can get back to what you love to do.
Your doctor is suggesting pain pills, steroid injection, or even surgery but nothing that would get you back to being active the way you want. The physical therapy you’ve tried only gives you isolated body exercises and they aren’t really helping.
You’re hoping there is another way. You dream of moving freely again, feeling like the active, confident person you’ve always been, and fully enjoying your life without limits.
The Real Problem Isn’t Your Body — It’s Your Nervous System
It’s not your muscles or joints that are holding you back. It’s the patterns your nervous system has learned over time — patterns that keep you bracing, stiff, or in pain.
When you retrain your nervous system, you start working from the inside out. You reconnect with your body, discover how it truly wants to move, and reclaim the natural ease and joy that’s always been within you.
This is how you change the deep patterns that have kept you stuck — physically, mentally, and emotionally so you can become truly free.
What Becomes Possible When You Find New Ways to Move:
Move joyfully again — without fear, stiffness, or pain
Wake up feeling relaxed and confident in your body
Trust yourself in everyday movements, exercise, and play
Reconnect with your body and experience it fully
Transform your relationship with your body at the deepest level
Your Path to Feeling Good in Your Body Again
A New Way to Move and Feel Free
What you truly need isn’t another technique or modality. You want to stop bracing for pain, move without fear, and trust your body again. You want your life back.
This is exactly what I guide you through in the Understanding How YOUR BODY Moves Method:
Gently retrain your nervous system and movement patterns
Rediscover parts of yourself you’ve lost touch with
Create a new internal sense of safety, possibility, and freedom
Move with ease, confidence, and joy again
With the right guidance, structured path, and your willingness to trust your process, you can finally experience lasting change, moving freely and living fully.
If this speaks to you, the next step is a personal conversation. We’ll discuss your journey, challenges, and whether this program is the right fit for your transformation.
The investment for this transformative program is $2,200 — a one-time commitment to reconnect with your body, retrain your nervous system, and move freely again.
What others are saying about their experience of working with Taro:
“Never have I ever felt so comfortable in my body as I do now after completing this course with Taro Iwamoto. “Understanding How YOUR BODY Moves Method™” has exactly helped me to understand why I have been experiencing certain issues/struggles in my body movements all this time. The lessons and movements Taro shares, along with understanding why the movements are important to recognize, have helped to refine how I move in all kinds of physical activities in a way to feel better, more at ease and with confidence.”
“This course “Understanding How YOUR BODY Moves Method™” is one of the most valuable approaches to movement that I’ve ever experienced. I feel like Taro gave me the keys to understanding why I’ve had back pain for most of my adult life, and even better, how I can retrain myself in ways that distribute the effort of moving to the parts of my body that are meant to support it, taking the pressure off of my back muscles.
if you’re looking for a deeper understanding of how to move your body with ease and comfort, this is the course you’ve been looking for. Thank you, Taro!”
“The movement practice Taro shares is much more than Feldenkrais training. Taro has incorporated wisdom from his knowledge of many other disciplines and combined them in a comprehensive training of common sense, experience and easy to understand methods to help people understand their bodies and learn movements that they can incorporate into their everyday lives to assist them to live more comfortably and mindfully in their bodies.
I have taken Feldenkrais classes, yoga, the Alexander Technique, chi gong and many more body movements and I learned the most about my body and seen more benefits in this course “Understanding How YOUR BODY Moves Method™” with Taro than I did doing these other forms of movements for years. I highly recommend his course to everyone who wants to feel better in their body and move more easily.”
“Taro is an excellent teacher - smart, kind, empathetic and possess a wisdom beyond his years. He brings knowledge, gentleness and positive energy to his classes, which makes them educational, helpful and enjoyable. He also has a good sense of humor, which, to me, is an important attribute for good teaching. His passion for his work clearly indicates he is following his right path. I would highly recommend taking any class Taro offers.”
“His teachings on body-mind connection have changed my life! I’ve gone from suffering from chronic pain in back, neck and shoulders (plus 2 frozen shoulders, 10 years of trying osteopaths, acupuncturists, physio therapists, seen shoulder specialists and done MRI scans and 1 year of weekly physiotherapy) to being active and healthy again. If you’ve been stuck with pain and doctors keep telling you there’s nothing wrong with your spine or joints, I recommend you try his movement courses. Life changing and I’m not exaggerating. Thank you Taro for your love for this work and for your kind generosity in sharing it with us!”
“I took Taro’s 14 day Transform Your Posture 2 . There were several things that I particularly appreciated about the course:
1. The lessons were short and simple, not requiring a lot of strength, but also able to be modified to my own body and issues.
2. One of my main problems with any therapeutic movement program is consistency, and yet I was able to perform the movement 3 times a day as Taro suggested. This to me was almost a miracle. Each lesson was an easy “bite” that I could fit in somewhere in my day and my mind somehow didn’t feel the temptation to rebel or procrastinate. Also his feedback and encouragement posted after the lessons was helpful to keep me on track. Now that the course is done I am continuing to practice the movements on my own - a break through in consistency!
3. The movements themselves were very simple but unique, and so they were interesting to perform, but also surprisingly effective - sometimes creating a noticeable effect immediately. The movements worked at the root of the body’s fundamental patterns, which for me addressed my main unbalances. Yay!
4. This last but not least item of appreciation is that Taro’s attitude and communication about the body seems so knowledgeable and kind. In such a natural way, his ease and understanding of the body/brain connection has improved my relationship with my body and shown me a different way of perceiving my musculoskeletal problems, and I am relating to my body with more understanding instead of struggling with massive frustration. This has given me a more positive and hopeful outlook - which is everything.
I enthusiastically trust Taro’s courses and guidance for his holistic knowledge and helpful instruction for physical improvement. I feel like I may have finally found the method and guide that is the right fit to help me get back to better mobility and strength.”
“Taro’s leads the class in movement that is easy and effective. Each lesson leads me to a new understanding that simple movements are an important step to living my best pain free life. I recommend Taro’s class to anyone who is wanting to put movement back into their life. Taro is approachable and shares his knowledge in a welcoming atmosphere.”
