Yes, absolutely! You have lifetime access to the course materials, so you can work through the content at your own pace. Some students prefer to go through the course quickly, while others may want to take their time with each section. That being said, I generally recommend completing the course over about 12 weeks for the best results. This allows time for you to practice and integrate the material while still receiving ongoing personalized support through coaching calls.

7. How are the coaching sessions structured?

After our first coaching call, we will typically schedule the next call two weeks later, followed by another two weeks after that. As you progress through the course and continue practicing the techniques, we’ll space out the calls further, with follow-ups approximately three weeks apart. I generally aim to meet five times over the course of 12 weeks, but this schedule is flexible based on your needs. If you feel you need more or less time between sessions, we can adjust accordingly.

8. Do I need to follow the course in a specific order?

While the course provides a structured path, you can move through the material at your own pace. The modules are designed to build on each other, but there is flexibility in how you engage with them.
